DHS reveals total "BS" pre-election terrorist attacks election analysis.

Didn't DHS read the latest Congressional report on how they have failed to uncover one terrorist threat in the U.S.? For more information about DHS read: DHS Fusion Centers produce a "Bunch of Crap" according to a Senate report.
In light of the upcoming 2012 US presidential election, NYSIC is providing a snapshot of four historical cases where terrorists conducted attacks in conjunction with upcoming local or national elections, including the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) used and how the attacks met or failed to meet the terrorists’ goals of altering the outcome of the election.
Studies have highlighted possible theories, most often supported by historical cases, of why terrorists attempt to use attacks to influence the outcome of the election:
Terrorist attacks greatly increase the probability that the incumbent government will lose re-election.
Rightist parties are viewed as less conciliatory toward terrorist demands, while leftist parties are viewed as more likely to negotiate or give concessions. In general, relative support for rightist parties is expected to increase after terrorist attacks and to decrease after periods of inactivity.
Historically, terrorist violence has been used more often to extract direct concessions through negotiations after an attack. One such example is the February 9, 1996, Docklands Bombing in Northern Ireland: the Irish Republican Army (IRA) put an end to its 17-month ceasefire experiment by detonating an explosives-laden truck near a plaza where three office towers, a light-railway station and a hotel converge. The bombing successfully forced the British government back to the negotiating table without the precondition that the Provisional Irish Republican Army decommission all its weapons.
In 2004, al-Qa’ida was able to indirectly extract concessions from the Spanish government by influencing the election outcome after the Madrid train bombings, securing a Spanish withdrawal of troops from Iraq.
Implications for New York:
At this time, there is no known credible intelligence suggesting an attack against New York State during the 2012 election period. However, considering the overall security environment, threats could emanate from a variety of actors wanting to influence US policy, including: al-Qa’ida and affiliates; state-sponsored groups; homegrown violent extremists; or anti-government domestic terrorists. Law enforcement and first responders throughout New York State should remain vigilant and consider proactive outreach regarding suspicious activity at or near potential targets in their jurisdictions, including campaign facilities, upcoming political event venues, and previously targeted locations such as shopping centers, recruiting centers, transportation hubs, and social/recreation venues.

Real terror in America – political corruption and incompetence.
American’s “pop culture” news is filled with stories of Iran suffering financially under sanctions. Sitting in a nation, long bankrupt, $16 trillion dollars in foreign debt, bleeding cash into Israel, money spent to push America into another losing war, and all our press can talk about is Iran.
It would be fair to talk about the worldwide financial meltdown but, even then, some difficult questions might be asked, such as; “Who caused it?” Nobody wants those answers.
No one wants to talk about how the War on Terror turned out to be a terror campaign on America. The old America was blown up by the Bush NeoCons, freedoms gone, constant surveillance, a generation of wealth stolen with help of our own Congress, the Money Mullahs.
One page of this history will be the recent scathing Senate report on the billions wasted by Department of Homeland Security on make believe counter terrorism programs. It got its one day of publicity but all the reporting I have read about it so far has a huge missing item. The billions wasted on the Intel sharing Fusion Center program is just the tip of the iceberg.
The whole war on terror has ended up being a cash cow that has funded those who have turned out to be some of our most dangerous enemies. Banksters and gangsters teamed up with mortgage fraud crooks and Neo-Colonialism hustlers to terrorize America on a scale that no Jihadi ever dreamed possible.
Bush lied to us when he said the Muslims hated us for our freedom and wanted to take that away. The proof? After 911 the State Department did a worldwide major survey of Muslim attitudes toward America. The results were startling, with upwards to 90% liking the American people and most wanting to move here if they could. The majority of their negative comments all focused around the American ‘government’ policies in the Mid East.
Bush was of course aware of this study. But he went ahead and shamed our country by lying through his teeth about the Muslims all wanting to come after us. Why did he do it? He knew the report was on record that totally refuted what he was saying.
The DHS Fusion Center billions coordinating federal and state Intel were used as a piggy bank for law enforcement with the right connections. The report describes training for the report personnel was only five days (the bells went ringing on that).
There was no further testing or follow up after that. And the states would be put in control of how the money was spent (more bells).
In plain English that meant the Fusion funds would replace recession budget cuts in departments, fund patronage, and help buy commando toys.
For example even smaller cities wanted their expensive emergency mobile command centers, things they could never get their local taxpayers to fund.
Because they all knew there was no significant terrorism going on here there would be plenty of money to divert, and as the Senate report shows they certainly did. As for reports they just generated some garbage, some so bad they shocked the investigators. Six hundred reviewed for one year had nothing to do with terrorism. But it gets worse.
There was no federal oversight for the first five years. The grant process was so complicated that DHS could only estimate how much they spent on the fusion centers. This was not left out by accident. It was a designed graft fraud by people who already had a lot of experience in doing this. With no real terrorists to catch, the Barney Fife’s at the Fusion Centers started making up threats of terrorists hiding about every bush.
The corruption went so deep that we had reports of Abe Foxman’s Anti-Defamation League and Morris Dee’s Southern Poverty Law Center infiltrating DHS to get some bad reports issued on selected targets. They need these to create some new bogeyman fundraising initiatives.
Both organizations are considered subversive by many high level Intel professionals for this and other activities. The ADL’s long history of creating bogus threat intel to get law enforcement to harass and smear their ideological opponents is documented back to the Hoover days.
The FBI director would never speak at an ADL convention because he knew they just wanted to use that to help their penetration of American law enforcement. This Hoover firewall remained in place until Ronald Reagan came in and order all FBI offices to formally liaison with local ADL snitches and smearmeisters in their own attack on America.
On the list along with the hyped up militia threat, were War on Terror vets returning to a county where traitors were stealing their tax money, putting their families in debt, and using them to fill in for the absent terrorists to keep their paychecks flowing. That is why I used the title above. These people are the real terrorists, and the worst ones.
The FBI and DoJ do not escape some of the responsibility in all this. To generate some statistics for their ‘terrorist’ work they began their sting operations, most of them shocking in their transparent entrapment. When they snagged the border line black kids in North Miami they held a big press conference.
The stage was so full with those wanting to get camera face time I feared it might collapse. And when they began reading off all the names of the different agencies involved, it was so long I almost went to sleep. I knew right there that paychecks were being validated to keep the money flowing, the American dream for a certain kind of American who hides his true colors and loyalties.

DHS chairman Joe Lieberman claims fusion centers contribute to federal counterterrorism efforts.
Washington, D.C. – Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman, ID-Conn., Wednesday reacted critically to a subcommittee report on fusion centers.
“I strongly disagree with the report’s core assertion that ‘fusion centers have been unable to meaningfully contribute to federal counterterrorism efforts,’” Lieberman said. “This statement is not supported by the examples presented in the report and is contrary to the public record, which shows fusion centers have played a significant role in many recent terrorism cases and have helped generate hundreds of tips and leads that have led to current FBI investigations.
“The report does include valuable findings in some areas. It cites examples of inappropriate use of homeland security grant funds and accurately notes that FEMA has struggled to account for how homeland security grant funds are allocated and used, a longstanding concern of mine.
“But the report also contradicts public statements by the Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the FBI, who have acknowledged the value fusion centers provide to the intelligence community.
“Fusion centers have stepped up to meet an urgent need in the last decade,” Lieberman said. “Without fusion centers, we would not be able to connect the dots. Fusion centers have been essential to breaking down the information silos and communications barriers that kept the government from detecting the most horrific terrorist attack on this country - even though federal, state, and local officials each held valuable pieces of the puzzle.”
Lieberman noted a number of shortcomings in the report that skew its conclusions. Among them, the report:
Makes broad assertions about the value of fusion centers but only examines one narrow aspect of fusion center operations, the formal intelligence reporting process.
Does not examine support provided by the Department of Homeland Security in the form of training and access to classified networks.
Does not look at finished intelligence products produced by fusion center personnel, or at the liaison officer programs that many centers have established to build ties with local agencies in their state or region.
Does not look at the important and positive role that the FBI plays in supporting fusion centers through the deployment of intelligence analysts.
Ignores the importance of the flow of information from federal agencies to the state and local level through fusion centers, which has significantly strengthened the ability of frontline law enforcement officers to detect and prevent potential plots and made our nation safer.
Fails to acknowledge progress that has been made by the vast majority of the fusion centers in the last few years. Some fusion centers are still underdeveloped, but the vast majority effectively partner with federal agencies in preventing terrorism and addressing other important national security and public safety missions.
