Hospitals and private companies are conducting mass shooter drills with police (Updated)

Private companies in Massachusetts like the Cambridge Health Alliance, which operates three hospitals in the Boston area recently staged elaborate mass shooter drills. Others, like the Cranston, R.I., manufacturing firm Taco Inc., put their employees through classroom training to identify exits, hiding places, and methods of fighting back.
"Most hospitals now regularly hold active shooter drills."
The circle of fear is nearly complete; schools, colleges, sports stadiums, malls, hospitals and large companies are staging mass-shooter drills across the country. From California to Maine, Hawaii and Alaska mass shooter drills are taking place across the country. Mass shooter drills are even taking place in Puerto Rico.
Updated 12/29:
11,000 NH state employees will be forced to undergo 'active shooter' training in 2016:
"A plan to train all 11,000 state employees on active shooter situations is the first step in making the training available to municipalities and private employers throughout the state, according to Perry Plummer, head of DHS and Emergency Management."
"State employees learned in mid-December that they would be attending two-hour training sessions at some point in the first three months of the year."
In Sept. of this year, I warned everyone how DHS/Police will be using a 'crystal ball' to identify future school shooters.
Future policing and incarceration is becoming a reality, a B.S. study called "Profiling School Shooters: Automatic Text-Based Analysis" alleges DHS, teachers and psychologists can identify future school shooters based entirely on a students writings! The study was conducted with the Department of Education (DOE)!
In June of this year, I warned everyone that police use the mass-media to manipulate public into allowing mass shooter drills in schools.
"We used this to test fire, EMS, law enforcement, Emergency management, and how the media is going to deal with that also how we are going to get that information out to them, said Sgt. Andrew Hobbs."
We're using kids as targets to see how the media will deal with it? Are you kidding me? There it is in black & white, the media is complicit in enabling the American police state. The mass media has the power to galvanize the public and put a stop to this, but they remain silent, why?
Sensing a chance to profit from putting more people behind bars and increasing state and local budgets, District Attorney's (DA) are offering "free violence prevention training for companies, schools, and government agencies."
Middlesex County DA Marian Ryan claims 'workplace incidents like someone bashing in the headlight on a coworker’s car or stalking a fellow employee online, happen with disturbing frequency.'
The Boston Globe used "workplace violence prevention consultant" Eugene Rugala to justify businesses spying on employee behavior for the police.
“It might sound trite, but, ‘If you see something, say something’ really does work,” Rugala said.
In the article Rugala, claims businesses need to identify less violent behavior early on, to prevent a catastrophe from happening in the future.
But what the Globe failed to tell everyone is, Rugala is a former FBI agent! Rugala, gets paid to ensure companies are kept in a constant state of fear. Take this example from the FBI's Law Enforcement Bulletin written by Rugula and another FBI agent titled "Workplace Violence Prevention:
"Workplace violence, a complex and widespread issue, has received increased attention from the public, mental health experts, and law enforcement professionals. The wide range of acts that fall under this rubric include all violent behavior and threats of violence, as well as any conduct that can result in injury, damage property, induce a sense of fear, and otherwise impede the normal course of work. Threats, harassment, intimidation, bullying, stalking, intimate partner violence, physical or sexual assaults, and homicides fall within this category."
And this one, called "Workplace Violence: Issues In Response" edited by agent Rugula. It describes law enforcement's, close relationship with businesses and isn't concerned about corporate or public backlash!
"An outreach and awareness effort by police agencies directed at employers in their jurisdictions, encouraging them to work with police in preparing violence prevention plans and informing them that advice and assistance are available."
• Compiling and establishing contact with a list of other public and private agencies (training, mental health, social service, etc.) that may help in violence prevention planning or incident response.
• Initial meetings with individual employers providing them with:
— contact information.
— basic knowledge of relevant legal issues.
— procedures for reporting threats or violent incidents.
• Establishing guidelines for exchange of information between police and employers (for example, if an employer seeks background information on a job applicant or present employee).
Law enforcement and the FBI are flagging employees who will be and have been laid-off!
• Developing procedures for particular risk situations such as layoff announcements
for termination of a potentially dangerous employee.
• Site reviews, in order to suggest safety improvement.
"In violence-prevention planning, threat assessment, and other preventive efforts, collaboration among law enforcement officers, employers’ representatives, and other resources such as mental health workers will yield the best results in almost all situations, if not all."
"There are other divergent concerns. A company’s management may fear it will lose decision-making control once law enforcement is involved. It may not want the public attention that can come with police involvement and may feel the company’s image will be damaged if its name is connected to a publicized criminal investigation. It may also be concerned about potential civil liability questions, confidentiality issues, or disclosing proprietary information to police."
"None of these concerns need hinder appropriate cooperation..."
More and more companies are developing close relationships with police!
"Many more companies have moved to make their facilities safer by locking doors, installing cameras, hiring security staff, and developing closer relationships with local police."
One businesses fear's are another companies profits, isn't that what the war on terror is all about?
Companies like Inovonics and Nordicom specialize in keeping hospitals and schools in a constant state of fear, while claiming violence is a daily occurrence in America...
" Establishing a safer environment by providing an easy method for teachers to signal for help with panic buttons is a starting point to help reduce everyday violence."
Nordicom unabashedly uses a picture of a smiling doctor in a hospital to promote its panic buttons:

Schools across the country have purchased 'panic buttons' for teachers, that look similar to a pager. Some schools, have also installed 'panic button' software on teachers laptops.

Not to be outdone, GE sells wireless wrist and home 'panic buttons' that will summon the police if you spot a terrorist.
The American police state actually hires 'crisis actors' to instill fear in the public and reinforce the war on terror.
Need a part time job? Want to work as a crisis actor for the government? Crisis actors will have steady employment for 5 YEARS! Below are the three links that describe what's expected of crisis actors:
