New gun allows police to shoot and capture a suspects DNA.

A new tool that would allow law enforcement to prevent criminals from running into a crowd before they were arrested was highlighted at annual The Shot Show in Las Vegas.

The high velocity DNA tagging system by the UK based security company Selectamark was introduced by police officer in riot gear. It comes in both pistol and rifle form, the tool would allow police to remain 30-40 meters from the target and tag them with a Selecta DNA high velocity pellet.
