Police use DHS's automatic warrant creator to illegally access bank accounts
Police are using DHS's Electronic Recovery and Access to Data (ERAD) reader to spy on your credit, debit, commuter train and bus card balances without a WARRANT!
"The ERAD Prepaid Card Reader is a small, handheld device that uses wireless connectivity to allow law enforcement officers in the field to check the balance of cards. This allows for identification of suspicious prepaid cards and the ability to put a temporary hold on the linked funds until a full investigation can be completed."
Police are spying on our bank, credit card balances and travel history
Certain banks and processors enable their use by criminal elements, a central database of cards taken will begin to point the way to the history files tied to each card. These files can be used by law enforcement to obtain via subpoena account numbers and travel history.
Police use DHS's automatic warrant creator to access our bank accounts
"Clients have access to the automated subpoena creation and management system which allows them to customize a subpoena or seizure warrant targeted to the specific financial institution or retailer that issued the prepaid access card."
Banks are secretly 'red flagging' our transactions for DHS
"In applying the red flags below, financial institutions are advised that no single transactional red flag is a clear indicator of terrorist activity. Financial institutions should consider additional factors, such as a customer’s overall financial activity and whether he or she exhibits multiple red flags, before determining a possible association to terrorist financing and FTFs. Financial institutions should also refer to the red flags and other information provided in this and the May 2015 non-public advisory to formulate a more comprehensive assessment of potential suspicious activity."
In other words, there's a 'non-public' or secret bank spying document the public isn't allowed to see!
Hundreds of police departments are spying on Americans bank accounts
ERAD has been adopted by police departments around the country — "more than a couple hundred," says T. Jack Williams, the president of ERAD Group Inc.
To find out more about ERAD, read last years article "Police are reading your bank & debit card balances without a warrant."
Police use ERAD to balance state/local budgets
Jim Molesa claims the Navajo County Sheriff's Office has used ERAD for civil forfeiture no more than 15 times. The Bexar County Criminal District Attorney Office in Texas — whose records show a September 2015 payment of $5,834 to the ERAD Group — declined to comment.
A recent NPR article reveals, ERAD/DHS receive a percentage of the money cops seize.
A preliminary agreement between the Navajo County agency and ERAD Group shows that in addition to equipment charges, the company also gets "5.7 [percent] of the total dollar amount seized" using its products. Under a contract with the Oklahoma DPS, the company collects 7.7 percent of the amounts forfeited. The ERAD Group's Williams says it's fair for his company to collect a fee, just like credit card companies do.
Hundreds of cops across America are using a DHS designed system to steal American's money without a warrant while they get a cut of the funds! Don't forget Homeland Security also receives a cut from pot businesses, breathalyzers and pot kiosks.
Police are using ERAD to spy on our library card
Williams says ERAD devices are a necessary addition to the law enforcement toolbox. It is shockingly easy to steal — or download, even — credit card information and record it onto another magnetic-stripe card, be it a bank card, hotel room key, or library card.
Police are using four DHS card readers to spy on Americans accounts
ERAD-Intel, ERAD-Recovery, ERAD-ID, and ERAD-DATA will be able to meet the requirements of law enforcement for many years to come. In addition, we are always looking for what is next, and how to get there first.
What they're really saying is, the Bill of Rights will soon be a thing of the past in Police State America. Soon, Americans will be forced to hand over their bank cards and ID's to police.
The future of American policing
While driving down the road a cop, pulls you over for a traffic infraction. Since you want to avoid any hassle you give the officer your Real-ID drivers license, which divulges your entire life's history and biometrics. The cop also wants to know, your bank balance and needs to scan your bank cards, so he can write you a speeding ticket you can afford. Fyi, Real-ID was also created by DHS.
